With or Without Gore-Tex
This is a matter of opinion and/or of riding habits. Many customers prefer waterproof boots, independent of how often and how long they have been riding. But it is sensible to say: who wants to be on the safe side should choose the combination of Frey-Daytona and Gore-Tex®. The benefits of Gore-Tex®:

The "GTX" in the model name indicates that the boot has Gore-Tex®. All GTX boots are warranted for waterproofness by Frey-Daytona for two years from purchase date. Naturally, if you alter the boots or crash in them the warranty is void.
